Goldman Sachs Acquires Innovator for $2 Billion, Expanding ETF Portfolio

Goldman Sachs has agreed to acquire Innovator Capital Management for a whopping $2 billion in a move that will significantly bolster its presence in the active ETF market. The deal, valued at $2 billion, will see Goldman Sachs acquire the entire entity of Innovator, taking control of over 215 unique strategies and bringing their total assets under management to nearly $75 billion. This acquisition positions Goldman as one of the top ten active ETF providers globally upon closing in Q2 2026.
