Polymarket Returns to US Market After Three-Year Ban

After a three-year hiatus due to regulatory issues, Polymarket is back in the U.S. market. The company, which faced bans for operating an unregistered derivatives platform, secured authorization from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). To comply with new regulations, it acquired QCX, a licensed clearinghouse. This move allows Polymarket to offer its prediction betting services on a regulated exchange, marking a significant milestone for the 2020-founded company.
