Van Eck Seeks SEC Approval for Spot BNB ETF Listing on Nasdaq

Financial giant VanEck has officially filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch a spot Binance Coin (BNB) ETF, called VBNB. This proposed fund would list on Nasdaq and directly hold BNB tokens, providing traditional investors with regulated access to one of the world’s leading cryptocurrencies by market capitalization. The filing comes amidst growing institutional interest in crypto ETFs. Following the SEC’s recent approvals for spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, VanEck seeks to pave the way for broader adoption of digital assets into mainstream financial markets.
