Families of Hamas Attack Victims Sue Binance for Alleged Terrorist Financing

Families of victims killed in the 2023 Hamas attack on Israel are suing cryptocurrency exchange Binance and its founder, Changpeng Zhao, also known as CZ, alleging that Binance facilitated over $1 billion in crypto transactions for the terrorist group. The lawsuit claims Binance intentionally enabled financial services to Hamas, using complex wallet structures and lax security measures to evade US regulatory scrutiny. This allegedly allowed them to mask their activities, directly contributing to the October 7th attacks.
