Polygon and Anq Launch ARC Stablecoin for India

India is set to launch the ARC stablecoin in Q1 2026, spearheaded by Polygon and Anq. This initiative aims to integrate the coin into India’s burgeoning digital finance framework alongside the country’s central bank digital currency (CBDC). 2026 marks a significant step towards reducing India’s reliance on dollar-backed stablecoins.
