Binance Futures will delist the USDⓈ-M PORT3USDT perpetual contract on November 23, 2025, at 6:30 AM UTC. All open positions will close automatically following settlement. From November 23, 2025, new positions cannot be opened for this contract. Before the delisting date, users are urged to clear any open positions to avoid automatic settlement, and during the final hour before settlement, Futures Insurance Fund will not support liquidation processes for this contract. Any triggered liquidations in that hour will execute as a single Immediate or Cancel order (IOCO). If assets left in the user’s account after settlement are sufficient to meet required Maintenance Margin following realization losses and applicable Liquidation Clearance Fees, no further action is necessary. However, if the IOCO fails to fully satisfy margin requirements, the contract liquidation process will proceed through Auto-Deleveraging (ADL) automatically.
