Grayscale’s XRP & Dogecoin ETFs Get NYSE Approval for Trading

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has approved the listing of Grayscale’s spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) tracking XRP and Dogecoin, paving the way for both assets to begin trading on Monday. According to filings certified by NYSE Arca, the exchange’s ETF subsidiary, the two funds, the Grayscale XRP Trust ETF and the Grayscale Dogecoin Trust ETF, have successfully met all necessary listing and registration requirements under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This marks a significant milestone as these launches convert long-standing private investment trusts into publicly traded ETF structures.
