A recent alert has been issued by SlowMist founder Yu Jian, highlighting potential security vulnerabilities within the NOFX AI open-source automated trading system. Despite its impressive performance, reports of cryptocurrency theft have surfaced, including instances where users’ private keys and CEX/DEX API keys have been compromised. Mr. Jian confirmed this vulnerability also affects the security of users on the Aster platform, who are at risk of similar incidents. In response to these concerns, collaborative efforts are underway between SlowMist and relevant security teams to notify impacted users and mitigate risks. He urged users to adopt strong security measures as soon as possible, emphasizing their vigilance in the face of this ongoing challenge.
