Steemit is continuing its Community Curators initiative, forming new teams in preparation for December 2025. The move will involve engaging STEEM holders in post curation and reward distribution as previously announced in November updates. These curatorship activities are expected to boost engagement with the Steemit ecosystem and potentially enhance the quality of content submitted by users. Steemit’s Community Curators program has a history of success, continuing its tradition of selecting new teams each month. 13 million STEEM Power will be allocated to support post rewards, leading to increased on-chain activity. Curator selections in November 2025 were diverse, including those from Bangladesh, India and Venezuela, ensuring broad geographic and linguistic representation. These curators have expertise in moderation and curation, as well as strong experience in the community. The allocation of STEEM Power has led to a positive response from curators, with enthusiasm for involvement evident. Steemit’s curator program has been running consistently since 2020, and past months show high levels of community engagement and quality improvements in content output. Curator selections have historically been met with enthusiasm, as this program drives positive change in the Steemit ecosystem.
