User Falls Victim to Phishing Attack, Loses $1.22 Million in Crypto Assets

A user recently became a victim of a sophisticated phishing attack that resulted in a loss of approximately $1.22 million worth of cryptocurrency assets. The incident involved the fraudulent manipulation of ‘permit’ signatures, leading to the theft of USDC and aPlaUSDT0 tokens. This was detected by Scam Sniffer around 30 minutes before the report was issued.
