YZi Labs Invests in Funes to Build Global Architecture Archive

YZi Labs, formerly Binance Labs, has made a strategic investment in Funes, a digital platform that aims to preserve global heritage through the creation of detailed 3D models. Funes utilizes AI and crowdsourced photogrammetry to document architectural structures from around the world, building a public database accessible to researchers, developers, and educators seeking accurate historical and contemporary building representations. The platform has already amassed nearly 1,000 models of temples, ruins, monasteries, and modern buildings, with over 1,000 new models expected annually as its archive continues to grow. Funes’ long-term goal is to create a vast, open-access database of human construction for future generations.
