A prominent cryptocurrency investor, known as a ‘whale,’ is on the verge of liquidating their substantial position holding 1,320 Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), valued at approximately $1.32 billion. The position faces imminent liquidation due to a recent market downturn. This whale recently sold off some WBTC and ETH in response to the decline, raising approximately $56.52 million to cover outstanding debts. Their average selling price for WBTC was $102,722, while ETH saw an average price of $3,244 per unit sold.
