Custodia Bank Appeal Against Fed Master Account Denied

A US appellate court has ruled against Custodia Bank, the crypto-friendly institution founded by Caitlin Long. The ruling follows an earlier decision by a lower court in Wyoming, denying Custodia access to the Federal Reserve master account. This latest setback marks a significant turn for the bank’s pursuit of broader banking access in the crypto world.
