XRP Spot ETF Approves to Launch – SEC Delay Removed, November 13 Potential Start

Canary Funds’ application for an XRP spot ETF has cleared a key hurdle with the removal of the ‘delaying amendment’ clause. This change allows the registration to automatically take effect, eliminating the SEC’s control over the timing and potentially leading to the launch on November 13th. However, this date depends on Nasdaq’s approval of the 8-A filing.
