LM Funding America Buys Back Shares with Loan Secured by Bitcoin

LM Funding America, a Nasdaq-listed company focused on Bitcoin mining, has initiated a share buyback program. The company repurchased 3,308,575 shares of common stock and associated warrants for $2.41 per unit, totaling approximately $8 million. This investment was funded by a loan secured by collateralized Bitcoin from Galaxy Digital.
