X Requires Security Key Re-Registration After Domain Change

Twitter’s parent company, X, has announced a significant change for users with security keys linked to the ‘twitter.com’ domain. To transition to the new domain ‘x.com’, users must re-register their security keys by November 10th, 2023. This step is essential as Twitter will be retiring the old domain entirely. Failure to comply may result in invalid security key usage, resulting in account lockouts. This change does not impact other two-factor authentication methods like the Authenticator app.
