Swiss cryptocurrency bank AMINA Bank has joined forces with Luxembourg-based tokenization company Tokeny to launch a regulated platform for digital securities issuance. This collaboration brings together AMINA’s robust custody and settlement capabilities with Tokeny’s ERC-3643-based issuance infrastructure. The combined platform aims to streamline the entire process, from initial issuance to qualified storage, under the regulatory oversight of Switzerland’s Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). AMINA provides secure investor fund management and account oversight, while smart contracts handle on-chain eligibility checks and transaction processing. This collaboration promises to expedite the listing process for institutional issuers by eliminating the need for custom integrations and reducing manual review steps, significantly decreasing the time required from months down to a few weeks.
