Fetch.ai and Ocean Protocol Reach Agreement to Rectify Token Misappropriation

A potential legal battle between Fetch.ai and the Ocean Protocol Foundation appears to be averted as the two organizations have agreed on a solution to resolve the contentious issue regarding the transfer of 286 million FET tokens. Fetch.ai will drop all pending legal claims against the foundation in exchange for the return of these tokens, which were allegedly sold during their merger. The agreement comes after Fetch.ai CEO Humayun Sheikh offered the foundation’s return of the funds to resolve the dispute and avoid costly litigation.
