Russia Moves to Classify Cryptocurrency as Marital Property in Divorce

Russia is proposing a new bill that could significantly change how cryptocurrency is handled in divorce cases. If passed, the legislation would officially classify crypto assets acquired during marriage as shared marital property under Russian civil law.
