Evernorth to Debut on Nasdaq with $1 Billion XRP Treasury

Ripple-backed Evernorth has announced plans for a Nasdaq listing to create the largest public XRP treasury and unlock increased institutional access. Through a merger with Armada Acquisition Corp II, the company aims to raise over $1 billion in funding, aiming to increase XRP liquidity.
