A recent hack on the official Dota 2 YouTube channel by unknown attackers promoted a fraudulent Solana-based meme coin named ‘dota2coin’. The attack falsely claimed an official connection to the popular video game. This incident led to the token’s market capitalization plummeting, dropping around 21%, from its initial launch value of roughly $5,500. Notably, over 98% of dota2coin’s supply is concentrated within a single wallet, suggesting potential foul play.
