Did US Sec Forces Gain Access to 120,000 BTC via Predicting Private Keys?

Cobo co-founder Shenyu alleges that US security forces gained access to approximately 120,000 Bitcoin (BTC) through a unique vulnerability in private key generation. According to Shenyu, this access was not through a hack but by exploiting a random number generator flaw which led to predictable private keys.
