Morgan Stanley Reopens Doors to Crypto Investments for All Clients

Morgan Stanley announced a significant policy shift Friday, removing the $1.5 million asset requirement and aggressive risk tolerance threshold for accessing cryptocurrency investments. The move marks one of the biggest expansions of digital asset access at a major Wall Street wealth manager. Starting October 15th, clients of all financial backgrounds will be able to invest in crypto funds, including retirement accounts. This change represents a significant departure from previous restrictions that limited these products to the firm’s wealthiest and most aggressive investors.
