Galaxy Digital Raises $460 Million for Data Center Expansion

Private investment firm Galaxy Digital secured a $460 million funding round from one of the world’s largest asset managers, bolstering its data center business and increasing financial flexibility. The injection will be used to fund the expansion of its Helios campus in Texas, which is being transformed into a high-performance computing (HPC) and AI hosting center. This move reflects Galaxy’s strategy to diversify beyond crypto trading and mining revenue by leveraging the growing demand for AI infrastructure.
