Binance Provides Compensation to Users Impacted by Depeg Incidents

Binance has announced a compensation plan to address the price depegs of USDE, BNSOL, and WBETH which affected users’ trading activity. The platform acknowledges the recent market volatility and emphasizes its commitment to support impacted users. According to the statement, all affected Futures, Margin, and Loan users will receive automatic compensation within 72 hours. This compensation is determined based on the difference between the market price at 10:00 UTC on October 11th, 2025 (for USDE, BNSOL, and WBETH) and their respective liquidation prices. Users who experienced depeg beyond this timeframe are encouraged to contact Binance’s customer support for individual assessment. Binance is actively working to improve risk management procedures through adjustments in token parameters, enhanced price stability with the integration of redemption prices into index weights for BNSOL, WBETH, and USDE, as well as a minimum price threshold for the USDE Index rule to ensure greater stability. The platform also emphasizes responsible trading, reminding users about inherent risks in the volatile crypto market. Customers are encouraged to trade within their means and seek clarification from Binance customer support.
