Ethereum Breaks Past $4,000 as Institutional Inflows Surge

Ethereum prices surged past the $4,000 mark on Tuesday, fueled by substantial inflows into exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This marks a significant rebound for Ethereum after five consecutive days of withdrawals. Data from Bloomberg Intelligence shows that U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs garnered a record $547 million in net inflows during this session, surpassing the previous record set in July 2024. Major players like Fidelity and BlackRock saw their respective ETFs driving much of the activity, with Fidelity’s FETH leading the pack at $202 million, while BlackRock’s ETHA accounted for $154 million. These significant inflows signal a renewed wave of institutional interest in Ethereum.
