Tether and Antalpha Raise $200 Million for Gold Token Acquisition

A significant funding round, totaling $200 million, has been announced by Tether and Antalpha to acquire their gold-backed XAUt token. This move deepens the partnership between both entities and expands the scope of digital asset tokenization in real-world assets. 50% of the funds will be used for acquiring the token from Tether’s reserves, while the remaining will be utilized for strategic initiatives.
