Cerebras Systems Halts IPO After Securing $1.1B Funding

Cerebras Systems, an AI hardware company led by Andrew Feldman, has scrapped its planned U.S. Initial Public Offering (IPO) after raising $1.1 billion in investment. The decision follows delays and scrutiny of G42’s investment, which initially contributed to the financial success but now poses challenges for the IPO process.
