India Cracks Down on Offshore Crypto Exchanges; 25 Firms Receive Notices

The Indian government has intensified its efforts to regulate offshore crypto exchanges. Notices have been issued to 25 virtual digital asset (VDA) service providers for failing to comply with anti-money laundering rules. These notices come from the Union Finance Ministry and target major global platforms including CoinW, BTCC, Changelly, and Paxful.
