Gemini Raises IPO to $3 Billion Valuation, Capitalizing on Crypto Market Surge

Cryptocurrency exchange Gemini has significantly boosted its initial public offering (IPO) ahead of its planned debut on Friday. The company now aims for a valuation exceeding $3 billion, reflecting growing investor confidence in the cryptocurrency sector. The updated prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission reveals that Gemini will offer shares between $24 and $26, up from its initial range of $17 to $19. This increase allows them to raise an additional $433 million, a significant jump from their previous goal of $317 million in September.
