Massive NPM Attack Swaps Crypto Wallet Addresses in Supply Chain Breach

A sophisticated supply chain attack targeting the popular Node Package Manager (NPM) has exposed crypto users to a significant risk. Compromised npm packages, injected with malicious code, are being used to divert funds from users’ wallets through a technique that secretly swaps addresses using the Levenshtein distance algorithm.
