SEC Delays Canary HBAR ETF Decision to November

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has once again pushed back its decision on the proposed Canary HBAR ETF, granting itself until November 8, 2025 to make a final call. This latest extension marks the maximum allowable time under existing regulations for review of the application.
