Nazarov suggests that the SEC is accelerating efforts to integrate blockchain assets into existing securities regulations, anticipating full compliance by mid-next year. This development follows recent collaborations between the SEC and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on releasing policies supporting specific cryptocurrency spot trading, as well as the launch of the ‘Project Crypto’ initiative. Chainlink’s network has also been utilized for publishing economic data by the U.S. Department of Commerce, showcasing the rapid adoption of blockchain technologies in real-world applications.
