The decline is attributed to reduced market activity, down 15% today with a $55.69 billion trading volume. Ethereum, second largest cryptocurrency, also saw a drop of 3.45%, with prices remaining above $4,000 despite a decrease from its intraday high of $4,481 during the Asian session. Trading activity for Ethereum is also down by 1.45% today, but still with $35.45 billion in trading volume, according to CoinMarketCap.
