Gemini Aims for $2.2 Billion Valuation in Upcoming IPO

Crypto exchange Gemini is set to list on the Nasdaq through an IPO, seeking a valuation of up to $2.2 billion. The firm aims to raise up to $317 million by selling 16.67 million shares at prices ranging from $17 to $19 per share. The company expects to use this capital for operations, debt repayment, and expansion in stablecoin and crypto services.
