DeFi Lending Soars Past $127 Billion, Driven by Institutional Investment

Binance Research reveals a significant surge in DeFi lending, with total value locked exceeding $127 billion this year, up 72% from January’s $53 billion. This growth is fueled by institutions increasingly treating stablecoins as payment rails and utilizing tokenized assets like private credit and U.S. Treasuries for collateral.
