UAE Bolsters Global Business Hub Status with New Headquarters

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) continues to strengthen its position as a leading business center for multinational corporations. Several major companies have recently established new regional headquarters in the UAE, signifying the country’s expanding influence on the global stage. In April, PayPal opened its first Middle East and Africa regional headquarters in Dubai, bolstering its presence across over 80 markets. Veon, a Nasdaq-listed telecommunications company, relocated its global headquarters to Dubai while Private equity firm Partner Group established a regional office in Abu Dhabi in June. Bitcoin.com, a platform focused on Bitcoin information, joined the DMCC Crypto Centre in Dubai. Additionally, tech and financial giants such as Meta, Google, Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon, Cisco, Visa, and Mastercard have also launched regional operations within the UAE.
