Gemini Set to Raise $2.22 Billion in IPO, Aiming for Nasdaq Listing

Crypto exchange Gemini is preparing to list on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ‘GEMI,’ seeking a valuation of up to $2.22 billion. The company plans to offer 16.67 million shares at an estimated price range of $17- $19, according to their IPO filing with the SEC.
