Blockchain company Figure Technology Solutions is set to raise a significant sum of $526 million through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company plans to achieve a valuation of approximately $4.3 billion, according to recent reports from Bloomberg. 21.5 million shares will be offered within the price range of $18 to $20, with existing shareholders contributing 4.9 million shares. Figure officially filed its IPO paperwork with the SEC on August 18th and anticipates setting the final IPO price on September 10th. The company’s first-half revenue reached $191 million this year, marking a substantial increase since its Series D round in 2021 where it raised $200 million from investors like 10T Holdings, valuing it at $3.2 billion.
