Empery Digital Acquires Bitcoin, Doubles Down on Share Repurchase Program

Nasdaq-listed Empery Digital made strategic moves in the cryptocurrency market and stock market through a combined initiative of increasing its Bitcoin holdings and repurchase program. The company purchased an additional 16.51 BTC at a price of $1.8 million, raising their total Bitcoin holdings to 4,081.39 BTC with a cost of around $480 million. This adds up to an average investment of $117,517 per coin. Empery Digital also announced they repurchased 1,009,115 shares of their common stock at an average price of $7.29 per share, utilizing approximately $93 million remaining from their current buyback program.
