The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has announced a key change that will allow Americans to trade cryptocurrencies on foreign exchanges, effectively ending the regulatory exodus from U.S. markets. The CFTC’s Division of Market Oversight issued an advisory clarifying the Foreign Board of Trade (FBOT) registration framework, enabling non-US exchanges like Binance to directly serve US customers.
