21Shares Submits SEC Registration for Ethereum Staking-Focused ETF

21Shares has taken a step towards launching an exchange-traded fund (ETF) focused on staking Ethereum, filing an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The prospectus reveals 21Shares’ intention to incorporate staking activities into their new product offering.
