Trump-Backed American Bitcoin Set for Nasdaq Listing

American Bitcoin, a bitcoin mining firm backed by former President Donald Trump’s sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, is scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq this September following an all-stock merger with Gryphon Digital Mining, an AI-driven infrastructure provider. Hut 8, the company’s largest investor, confirmed the news.
