American Bitcoin and Gryphon Digital Mining Merger On Track for September Debut

The merger between American Bitcoin, backed by the Trump family, and Gryphon Digital Mining is expected to be finalized soon, with trading planned to begin in early September. The new entity will be jointly controlled by Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Hut 8, holding a majority stake of 98%. The merged company will maintain its name and ticker symbol ABTC.
