Morgan Stanley Forecasts Rate Cuts in 2025, Signaling Shift in Fed Strategy

Morgan Stanley has revised its outlook on U.S. interest rates, predicting that the Federal Reserve will make two rate cuts in 2025 – a 25 basis point decrease in September and another in December. This marks a significant shift from the bank’s previous prediction of no rate cuts this year.
