Klarna Returns to Wall Street with IPO Re-Targeting

Klarna, the Swedish fintech firm behind the buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) model, is back on track for an IPO after its initial plans were delayed following market volatility triggered by President Trump’s tariff-laden “Liberation Day” in April. The company originally targeted a valuation of $45.6 billion in 2021, but now aims to go public with a valuation between $13 billion and $14 billion, reflecting the current market conditions.
