A crypto investor who had been inactive for four years has returned to the market, purchasing a significant amount of Ethereum worth $28 million. Blockchain data analysis revealed this substantial acquisition following Ethereum’s recent price decline. The investor reemerged by withdrawing 6,334 ETH from Kraken exchange on Tuesday, marking their first transaction since 2021.
