Ethereum Gaming Network Files Trademark Suit Against Elon Musk’s xAI

In a bid to safeguard its brand, the Ethereum-based gaming network Xai has filed a trademark lawsuit against xAI, Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence company. Ex Populus, the parent company of Xai, claims that xAI’s name infringes on their own and that the confusion it creates is causing financial harm to the gaming platform.
