Ripple Legal Battle Concluded: SEC Case Dismissed

After nearly five years of legal back-and-forth, the Ripple Labs versus U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) case has come to an official close. On August 22, 2025, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit granted approval for a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal filed by both parties.
