Ripple Case Officially Over: Appeals Court Approves Dismissal

After years of legal battles, the US SEC v. Ripple case has reached its conclusion. The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit recently dismissed the appeal, bringing an end to the long-running dispute that began in late 2020.
